Thermal-structure Coupling Finite Element Analysis of Heat Dissipation Pipeline based on ANSYS

By establishing the finite element model of axisymmetric tube with heat sink, and applying the corresponding temperature load, convection boundary and other conditions, the actual working situation is equivalent simulated. Through analysis and calculation, the temperature distribution contour map, thermal gradient distribution map and other physical parameters of the heat sink are obtained, which provides a numerical basis for the design, improvement and production of the product. Heat sink can be used in heat exchanger and cooling pipe. Thermal structure coupling is the interaction between heat and object structure, which is analyzed by direct coupling analysis method. Direct coupling is that two physical field problems can be solved by using one element type. Heat and structure can achieve real coupling and reduce expenses in analyzing some problems.
