Automatic Balancing Control Algorithm for Precise Integration of Acceleration Signals

The automatic balancing system can realize online vibration suppression of rotor system by reading rotor vibration signal in real time and outputting control command. Among them, the precision and stability of the input signal will directly affect the dynamic balancing effect. When vibration acceleration sensor is used for signal acquisition, using original acceleration signal into dynamic balance control will bring some errors, which will affect the accuracy of automatic balance control. Aiming at this problem, an input algorithm of automatic balance control based on precise integration of acceleration signal is proposed. High precision vibration displacement signals can be obtained by means of effective information reconstruction, linear fitting de-trending term of precise integral method, which can improve the precision of automatic balance control. Compared with the dynamic balance effect of the original acceleration signal, the sensitivity of the test increased from 0.699 to 1.021. At the same time, the algorithm is tested and verified in the automatic balance test device, the results show that the vibration reduction ratio of the automatic balancing control algorithm based on the precise integration of acceleration signal is improved from 77.73% to 92.17% compared with the conventional algorithm. In a conclusion, Automatic balance control algorithm based on precise integration of acceleration signal can realize vibration suppression immediately and efficiently, and make the equipment run in an ideal situation.
