Ice-induced vibration and fatigue analysis on monopile foundation of offshore wind turbine

In ice region, dynamic ice load will cause vibration failure and fatigue failure of the structure, which will bring great safety hazards to the structure. Therefore, it is necessary to have ice design research on marine engineering structures. At present, the ice-resistant method commonly used in marine engineering structures is to install conical. In order to clarify the rationality of the ice structure design, based on ANSYS finite element analysis, the articles respectively analyze the ice-resistant performance before and after the installation of the conical structure of the offshore wind turbine foundation, including the vibration response and fatigue analysis of the structure under dynamic ice load. The results show that this structure has a good effect of ice-resistant. And the analysis results provide a reasonable reference for the ice-resistant design.
