Fault Handling of Digital System in Nuclear Power Plants

During the operation and maintenance of nuclear power plants, the digital system is a control system based on computer technology and network, which monitors, operates and manages the parameters of the power plants in a centralized way. In order to improve the stability of the digital system, this paper analyzed in detail analyze the processing of the hardware failure, power module burning, software failure, flux tilt display deviation and nonpaged memory leading to the crash failure of the history server of the KIT/KPS digital system of Units 1 and 2 in Qinshan No. 2 Nuclear Power Plant after the transformation. The exclusion method and the test verification method were adopted in the fault handling of the history server crash caused by the nonpaged memory to ensure the integrity of the analysis of the fault cause, and the test verification method was adopted to verify the accuracy of the fault cause positioning to finally solve the problem perfectly, hoping to provide reference and help for the operation and maintenance of the same type of system.
