Research on the Competition and Development of Face Recognition Technology based on Patent Big Data Mining

At present, the face recognition industry has reached a key strategic opportunity period for patent layout, which requires overall planning at the national level. But at the same time, the industrialization of face recognition is facing adverse factors. This paper comprehensively used the development trend, life cycle, patent value and other indicators to analyze the global patent status of face recognition, the national high-value patents, and the layout of important applicants in various countries, from the perspective of global face recognition patent big data. We also reveal some problems of China’s face recognition industry, and then put forward specific suggestions on the development, technical layout, and technical standard system construction of China’s face recognition industry.
