Formulation of Ordering and Transshipment Scheme Based on Genetic Algorithm

Nowadays, with the rapid development of information technology, many enterprises use computers to plan the order quantity of raw materials for a period of time in the future, and save the order quantity and supply of suppliers. In this paper, an optimization model of raw material ordering and transportation based on genetic algorithm is established to determine the least supplier to meet the production demand, the most economical ordering scheme in the next 240 weeks, and the transport scheme with the least loss in the next 240 weeks. Firstly, a single objective programming model combined with 0-1 programming is established according to the supply data of suppliers, and the most economical ordering planning model is established on this basis. Then, a planning model with the least loss is established according to the transport data of carriers. Finally, genetic algorithm is used to solve each model.
