This paper introduces a lubricating oil purification device based on BCA balanced charge purification technology. The balanced charge purification technology is used to agglomerate, deposit and filter particulate impurities by loading charges. This paper refers to the resistance strain principle using LM741CH operational amplifier and ADE930 sensor. The problem of successful separation of impurities and nano-additives in lubricating oil was solved, the dynamic behavior of impurity particles in the electrostatic field was studied, and the effect of charge injection on nano-additives was verified and analyzed.
