Improved Data Transmission of Smart Water Quality Sensor Devices in Bengawan Solo River with LoRa

IoT technology offers many opportunities for implementation. IoT, in its implementation, is combined with LoRa technology to support data transmission. LoRa technology provides a comprehensive wireless solution for data acquisition and communication from devices to data centers. This paper aims to design Smart Environment Station Sensors Water Quality, with sensors that have been determined, including PH and oxygen levels. The system proposed in this paper connects a telemetry device with a data center base station. The test results of data transmission show that the farther the distance between the nodes, the greater the possibility of packet loss.
