. Both 13X molecular sieve and γ-Al

have strong adsorption effect on C

O in the original gas. Through the adsorption experiment of standard gas, it can be seen that the adsorption effect of 13X molecular sieve on the common fluorocarbon decomposition products C

F
7
H, C
3
F
6
, and C
3
F
8
gas is obvious, the adsorption rate is more than 70%, and the adsorption effect on C
3
F
7
H gas is 98.4%. The adsorption effect of γ-Al
2
O
3
on C
2
F
6
, C
3
F
7
H, C
3
F
6
and C
3
F
8
was poor, and the highest adsorption rate was only 31.8%. Since 13X molecular sieve and γ-Al
2
O
3
have strong adsorption effect on the main insulating gas C

F
12
O, both 13X molecular sieve and γ-Al
2
O
3
are difficult to be used as adsorbents for C
6
F
12
O environmentally friendly insulating medium, but they can be used for the treatment of new environmentally friendly insulating medium tail gas treatment.
