Abstract:

Promising circuit design solutions for CMOS operational amplifiers (OAs) are studied, in which the systematic component of the zero offset voltage (Voff) is improved with a change in the supply voltage. Computer modeling in the OrCAD environment and mathematical analysis made it possible to establish that the proposed OA circuits have high voltage gain values (up to 80 dB) and a low Voff level (about 300 \mu \mathrm{V}). The considered OAs can be used in differently analogue and analogue-digital interfaces (for example, in converter stabilizers, multivibrators, active filters, etc.), incl. when implemented on wide-gap semiconductors.
