Investigation of full-field super-resolution terahertz imaging using a microbolometric camera

We report on the investigation of a super-resolution imaging technique for terahertz waves using a terahertz camera. The technique we used, called super-resolution orthogonal deterministic imaging, was performed with a microbolometer terahertz camera allowing quasi-real time reconstruction of highly resolved near-field images.
