Digital Twin-based Cement Rotary Kiln Simulation Training System

The idea of this paper is to make it quicker and easier for new cement operators to train in the operation of the rotary kiln part of the cement production line, and to design a digital twin-based cement rotary kiln simulation training system that allows operators to learn directly the various operating conditions of the rotary kiln part of the cement and to train in actual operation. The digital twin principle shows in real time in a virtual screen the faults and the impact of the trainer's operation of the control system on the cement production line. The combination of the two screens is achieved through data fusion, allowing the trainer to immerse himself in the real cement production line operating environment, and to exercise the ability to troubleshoot in both the control room and the production site through the cooperation of the control room operator and the field operator.
