Research and Application of ICT Project Group Supervision Strategy for New Distribution System

Energy is the main battlefield, electric power is the main force and power grid is the vanguard for the realization of the Dual Carbon goal. Building a New Distribution System is an important part of building a New Power System for power grid enterprises, and ICT is one of the key technologies. The supervision oflCT project group of New Distribution System has become very important and indispensable. Firstly, this paper studies the supervision strategy of ICT project group, and makes it clear that the eight knowledge fields of supervision are “four controls, three managements and one coordination”, which controls the quality, progress, cost and change process of ICT project, manages project safety, contract and information, and coordinates the working relationship between relevant units. Secondly, taking the ICT project group supervision of New Distribution System in large power grid enterprises as an example, the supervision contents are put forward from five stages: project startup, demand analysis, application design, product implementation and trial pilot. Finally, it summarizes the supervision of ICT project group of New Distribution System, and clearly puts forward the importance of quality control, progress control, organization and coordination.
