The Construction of Dynamic Portrait for Warship Air Defense Capability

Anti-air ability is one of the most important combat strengths of a warship. How to describe air defense capability of a warship fully and accurately in real time is a difficult problem to be solved. This paper subdivides the static and dynamic indicators of air defense capabilities and gives the quantification methods for different types of indicators. There are six ability labels and 54 individual indicators totally. Using dynamic portrait technology, a dynamic portrait model is constructed and the least squares method is applied to solve the model. Description label values for air defense capabilities of warships are achieved after calculation. The higher the value, the stronger the ability. The experimental results show that the method is simple and practical and it can be used widely.
