Analysis and Sliding Mode Control of a SEIR Infectious Disease Model with Media Reports

In this paper, a nonlinear occurrence rate SEIR model with media reports is proposed. The basic reproduction number of the model is solved by the next-generation matrix method. The existence and stability of the equilibrium point of the model are discussed. The model surface is used to control the variable lurker, and the number of lurkers is reduced to achieve the purpose of controlling the epidemic. Finally, its effectiveness is verified by numerical simulation.
