Research on Energy Consumption Simulation of Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle Based on Modelica Power System Modeling

It is of great significance to study the energy consumption factors of plug-in new energy vehicles. First of all, from the perspective of studying vehicle energy consumption, a steady-state vehicle physical model and control algorithm based on Modelica language are established. Then, the model simulation test of the sub-module is carried out. Finally, the energy consumption simulation analysis of the PHEV vehicle dynamics model is carried out, and the credibility of the model is verified; the drum experiment is carried out on the PHEV prototype vehicle, and the energy consumption results obtained are compared with the model simulation results. The results show that the CD mode error is controlled within 5.5%, and the CS mode error is controlled within 1.2%. The model can accurately simulate vehicle energy consumption. Using brake feedback can save more than 15% of energy consumption and increase pure electric driving range.
