Abstract:

Tests that applied to power leads of equipment and subsystems have great importance in terms of system level electromagnetic compatibility. In these tests, the success of each of the sub-components that make up the system minimizes the problems that may be encountered in the system and reduces the electromagnetic compatibility risks. Therefore, the tests applied to power leads must be accurate and repeatable in different laboratories. This type of tests take place nearly in all military standards with small differences like CE101, NCE01 and DCE01. In this study, the effects of the shielded room power line filters which are used or may be used during CE101, CE102 and CS101 tests of MIL-STD-461E/F/G are examined. The comparison measurements were performed for each test in the frequency range by using different kind of filters and the results have been demonstrated.
