Extended Treatment of Statistical Moments of Random Fields in Nonlocal Markov Approximation

the paper extends the investigation of the non-local Markov approximation for statistical moments of the random fields, propagating in the extended stochastic medium. The problem is reduced to solving the appropriate ordinary differential equation. The explicit solution to the field spaced position coherence function is constructed.
