Synthesis of anisotropic twist-structure of nonorthogonal impedance stripes

The problem of synthesizing an anisotropic plane implemented by a system of two frequent arrays of reactance stripes oriented relative to each other at an arbitrary angle is solved. The structure provides complete rereflection of a homogeneous plane incident wave to cross-polarization in a given (non-specular) direction. The expressions for the components of the reactance tensor and the angle of their orientation on the plane are obtained in an explicit form. It is shown that, in contrast to the structure of orthogonal stripes, in this structure, the orientation of non-orthogonal stripes turns out to be fixed on the entire anisotropic plane. In this case, the general impedance tensors of the structure of orthogonal stripes of variable orientation and the structure of non-orthogonal bands of fixed orientation take the same values. The results of numerical calculations are presented.
