Automatic Image Stitching for Stereo Spherical Image

This paper deals with automatic image stitching of two or more images using OpenCV algorithm in computing environment Python. The aim of this work was to create a new image from various input pictures, from multiple camera positions using existing method proposed by OpenCV. The main goal is to prepare algorithm for image stitching where objects are relatively close to the camera. After testing the algorithm, we pointed out some disadvantages of existing method of image stitching and proposed some adjustments for existing algorithm to achieve better results in 3D image reconstruction.
