Assessment of Microwave Radiation Using Thermal Cameras

This paper deals with thermal (infrared) cameras and the microwave radiation of wireless electromagnetic fields. The extensive use of wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, smartphones, tablets, etc.) could raise health issues (rise of the body temperature, i.e.) as well possible problems regarding the heating of the equipment and its impact on communication performance. The paper shows the heating linked to the radiation of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, microwave owen, and mobile telephony (4G and 5G)
