Research and implementation of conference and Exhibition agile management process automation

Most of the current workflow modeling tools are centrally defined and lack the ability to describe complex project management. However, this form is obviously powerless for the engineering business process automation across organizations and regions, and for the increasingly distributed engineering cooperation needs. In view of this situation, this paper discusses the automatic modeling tool of exhibition agile management process. It provides a rich exhibition agile management process model, realizes the XML description of the workflow model, and provides a good foundation for the interaction be-tween projects and online transmission. It provides a guarantee for the realization of cross organizational exhibition project business management and lays a solid foundation for the further implementation of process automation.
