Computer-aided Technology can solve this problem, which includes CAD (Computer Aided Design), CAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing), CAE (Computer Aided Engineering), and CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) and so on. Computer-aided technology can help technicians to optimize various aspects of theoretical design, process and manufacturing. CAE can verify the rationality of CAD, then CAD and CAM are linked again by CAPP, so the theoretical design and simulation manufacturing and product inspection can form a closed loop, which can effectively improve the efficiency of scientific equipment design and process design of the large-scale tube rolling production, thus accelerating the product manufacturing cycle and reducing production costs.
