Existence and uniqueness of solutions for a class of matrix eigenvalue inverse problems with proportional relations

In this paper, the inverse eigenvalue problem[1] of a class of special matrix with proportional relationship is studied. Through two given characteristic pairs, the characteristics of the existence and uniqueness of the matrix are discussed. The expression and algorithm for solving the problem are given. This possibility is verified by an example
