Model of Information-Control System Used for One-Parameter Selective Assembly of Three Elements

The process of one-parameter selective assembly of three elements is considered. Methods for decreasing the probability of sorting errors are presented. It is proposed to carry out the sorting process according to the values of the parameter estimates obtained using the recurrent algorithm. A simulation model of selective set-making and assembly of three elements has been built to determine the indicators of the assembly process. Comparative simulation results are presented, proving the effectiveness of the application of the parameter estimation algorithm.
