Updating the Electrical Loads of Residential Buildings by Introducing a Correction Factor

To calculate the electrical loads of residential and public buildings, a set of rules SP 256.1325800.2016 "Electrical installations of residential and public buildings. Rules for design and installation" is used, which is included in the mandatory list of national standards that are mandatory for use, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. Improving the standards for specific electrical loads of residential and public buildings contributes to: reducing the cost per square meter of housing, freeing up the local area for social and domestic needs; meeting the needs of the domestic market in a reliable, high-quality and economically justified energy supply; improving the regulatory and legal framework, improving the planning system in the electric power industry, reducing electrical energy losses by 2050 to the level of 7-7.5%; improving the quality of the provision of public services for business, including connection to the power grid; reducing the excess installed capacity of power plants of the Russian Federation. An analysis of the actual electrical loads of apartment buildings in Moscow and the Moscow Region showed the need to reduce the standard value by introducing a reasonable value of the correction factor. Why it is necessary to develop changes to section 7 of SP 256.1325800.2016 "Electrical installations of residential and public buildings. Rules for design and installation", including paragraph 7.1.10. state in a new edition and form table 7.5a.
