Distributed provisioning with QoS in WDM networks with selective electronic regeneration

We propose a distributed protocol for service-differentiated wavelength channel provisioning in electronically regenerative WDM networks, where both the optical path quality improvement and impairments introduced by electronic regeneration are taken into account in the constraint-based path selection.
