A 3-D printed Platform for a Photonic Terahertz Spectrometer to Measure a Photonic Crystal Waveguide

In this work, we demonstrate a 3-D printed platform using cyclic olefin copolymer to measure a ceramic photonic crystal waveguide. An operating range from 150 GHz to 200 GHz was achieved with highly efficient coupling from a terahertz spectrometer into the platform and the sample. The measurement results agree with simulation results.
