Reliability Analysis of New Type Spinning Equipment End Actuator

With the rapid development of modern advanced manufacturing technology, spinning forming technology has become one of the optimal processing methods for thin-walled rotary parts. In this paper, based on the motion principle of the oscillating guide rod mechanism, a new spin forming method for non-circular section thin-walled parts is proposed. According to the theory and method of reliability analysis, the response surface method is used to fit the limit of the end actuator of the spinning forming device. State equation, solve the reliability of the end actuator, calculate the reliability sensitivity of each input variable, quantitatively analyze the influence of the relevant parameters of the key components of the end actuator on the reliability of the mechanism and compare.
