Decision threshold based on dynamic offset compensation for burst mode receiver

The dynamic offset compensation has been implemented in a custom design IC using bipolar technology. The new decision threshold setting improves the burst mode receiver sensitivity by as much as 2.5 dB while maintaining the duty cycle within 40-60%.
