Customers Real Reviews and Feedback Using Mobile Application

Online customer reviews play a huge role in influencing other consumers' purchase decisions. An investigation on how online reviews can be a valuable resource for the customer experience has been made, as well as evaluating reviews from different perspectives and examining the benefits, drawbacks, and opportunities that arise. Where the customer evaluation process is mainly influenced by price and quality dimensions in terms of customer satisfaction, and what customers would expect before making a purchase decision through their personal knowledge resources such as Google search engine results, social media posts that they have seen, or their friends' recommendations as well as online reviews that are nice and has positive action. The main purpose of this project is to implement a mobile application that allows users to share their real experiences by providing a platform where only customers can write reviews and discuss an issue with any service, or a business enabling other consumers to trust these reviews and use it as a source to get to know these businesses. The Mobile application allows the customer to add reviews on a business after getting their receipt number to provide authenticity. Users can search for businesses around either by location or categories, and business owners can view customers' feedback on their page with its rating. After developing the mobile application, some features are going to be added in the future work, where customers will receive points when adding a review, where these points can be used to exchange with discount vouchers when reaching a specific number of points.
