Optimization and Design of High-Speed Transmission Line Cables

In this paper, the layered structure of the high-speed cable is firstly analyzed, and then a 3-D model is established for the cable. After that, the accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the measured data with the simulation. Finally, due to the disturbances and deformations in the actual high-speed cable, the geometric parameters of the cable are varied. According to the standard, the high-speed cable is designed and optimized, where the optimal geometry size and position are obtained. It is found that by changing the parameters of the high-speed cable, their performance can be improved significantly.
