Simulation and Analysis of Nearby Lightning Pulse Magnetic Field Generator

Nearby lightning pulse magnetic field can cause interference even damage to electronic information equipment and magnetic sensitive elements in navigation device. In order to research on the influence of different design parameters on the internal magnetic field of the pulse magnetic field generator, the double current loop structure with different current loop radius, different section radius and different connection modes are simulated by CST. The simulation results show that when the injection current is the same, the larger the radius of the current loop, the smaller the magnetic induction intensity in the loop; when the radius of the current loop is the same, the section radius has little effect on the magnetic field in the loop area; the magnetic field distribution in parallel loop structure is better than that in series loop structure. The simulation results can provide reference for the design of nearby lightning pulse magnetic field generator.
