PDMS Based Compact Antenna for 2.45 GHz Application having Wide Band Harmonic Suppresion

In this paper a compact broadband antenna for 2.45 GHz applications is presented. The antenna is designed using a flexible PDMS substate having overall dimension of 14 × 33 × 1.524 mm

. The antenna was modified by loading an open-ended stub to compress the unwanted harmonics up to 15 GHz. The proposed work is designed and optimized using High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) while various performance parameters are presented to show the potential of the proposed work for 2.45 GHz band spectrum applications
