Altitude Correction of Surface Control Field Strength of Converter Valve Hall Fittings Based on Ultraviolet Spectrum Image Analysis

The robot is equipped with the infrared imager and the ultraviolet imager to store the photon distribution map and temperature distribution map of high-voltage power equipment, and establish the ultraviolet and the infrared image database of equipment. In the process of patrol inspection, the robot should effectively avoid the high electric field intensity area of the substation, traverse the typical high-voltage power equipment of the substation in the shortest distance, and the robot manipulator can effectively collect images from multiple angles. On the other hand, in the process of image acquisition, the robot should realize the image area segmentation, focusing and photon acquisition of equipment insulator and grading ring, and apply deep learning method to realize automatic matching and comparison between the collected pictures and the original image library, judge the operation state of high-voltage power equipment, and then find the latent insulation fault. Based on the analysis of robot infrared and ultraviolet image database, the DC corona tests of typical ball and ring electrodes with different sizes are carried out, the simulation calculation model of test layout is established, and the electric field is calculated. The variation law of electrode corona field strength is deeply studied, the unified fitting formula of corona field strength of smooth ball electrode in diameter range of 33~1000mm is obtained, and the similarities and differences between this formula and peek formula and their physical significance are discussed. Combined with the actual size of valve hall fittings, the correction method from corona field strength to control field strength is studied, and the field strength control values of different types of fittings on the surface of valve hall are put forward. The altitude correction method of surface control field strength of valve hall fittings in the altitude range of 0~ 5000m is proposed. The application scope and limitations of the altitude correction method adopted in the existing standards and literature are discussed. The outdoor field high altitude DC corona test of the small-size ball and ring electrode is designed. Combined with test simulation calculation, altitude correction of corona starting voltage and control field strength of the valve hall fittings are studied. The altitude correction formula of control field strength in the altitude range of 0~5000m is proposed and compared with the existing standards.
