Quantitative Measurement Method of Tourism Contribution to Regional Economic Development based on Reinforcement Learning: from the Perspective of SVM

Based on the reinforcement learning and SVM, this paper studies the quantitative measurement method of tourism’s contribution to regional development. It regards tourism as a "detached" economic activity in the current industrial sectors and closely related to it. Based on tourism economics, applied statistics, and investment output Analysis and other theories and methods give a quantitative measurement method of the contribution of tourism to regional economic development. Firstly, it quantitatively analyzes the spillover effect of the regional tourism economic growth from the overall perspective, and then specifically combines the characteristics of the tourism industry to explore the tourism economy.
