CMOS Implementation of Multivoltage GPIO Driver

A meticulous study on design and performance analysis of CMOS General purpose Input Output driver supporting multiple I/O voltage is focused. Smooth processing with multiple voltage levels is achieved for a wider range of frequencies. Design is made using Skywater 130nm process and complete front-end design and analysis is done using Ngspice. The proposed design works for a wider range of frequencies up to 100 MHz.
