Data Sharing Framework for Digital Infrastructure Management Utilizing EO Data

The proposed data-sharing framework was investigated on a feasible process of digital infrastructure management operated at national level following the implementation policy on the promotion of the full use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and remote-sensing data in construction life-cycle. To build a sustainable and resilient infrastructure against aging and disasters, the proposed framework is designed to share digital infrastructure information and to estimate infrastructure investment. The pilot experimental shows “i-Construction” process linking with digital-infrastructure management focusing on disaster emergency response utilizing ICT and big data processing based on three-dimensional (3-D) data.
