Fire Risk Assessment of Electric bicycles Charging Facilities in Old Urban Communities

The frequent fire accidents caused by electric bicycles would seriously threaten urban safety. In this paper, an index system for fire risk assessment of electric bicycles charging facilities in old urban communities was established based on accident cases and the relevant laws, regulations and standards. The index weight coefficients were determined by Delphi method, and the improved Safety Checklist was used to perform risk assessment of charging facilities in old communities. The case analysis showed that this method can effectively assess the fire risk of electric bicycles charging facilities in old communities, and help to put forward the specific measures.
