Evaluation of the Efficacy of Self-attacking Intermaxillary Traction Nail in the Treatment of Simple Linear Fracture of Jaw Based on Big Data's Analysis Technique

Object: to explore the feasibility of treating simple linear fracture of jaw by intermaxillary traction with self-attacking intermaxillary traction nail. Methods: using natural language processing technology, the curative effect indexes were extracted from unstructured medical records of 1120 patients with simple linear jaw fracture, through big data integration, relying on the fuzzy evaluation model, the comprehensive effects of intermaxillary traction with self-attacking intermaxillary traction nail and dental arch splint intermaxillary traction were analyzed and compared. Results: for the patients with linear simple fracture of jaw, the method of intermaxillary traction with self-attacking intermaxillary traction nail was better than that with dental arch splint. Conclusion: intermaxillary traction with self-attacking intermaxillary traction nail is a safe, simple and efficient method for the treatment of simple linear jaw fracture, which accords with the minimally invasive principle of modern oral and maxillofacial surgery and is worthy of being widely used in clinic.
