Research on identification method of potential abnormal station for miniature circuit breaker

The standard-delay actuating characteristic of miniature circuit breaker is one of the routine tesing items of miniature circuit breaker. The accuracies of the stations on the device directly determine the test result. The potential abnormal station can not be found in time by regular maintenance and repair. In view of this, After using its test data and studing the principle of abnormal station identification, an abnormal station identification method is put forward. The DF-LIPF values, defined in this method, are calculated using the standard -delay actuating time values, and then eigenvectors are constructed. Finally, the abnormal station is identified by the similarities of the eigenvectors. The result shows that the potential abnormal station of the device is found, which proves the effectiveness of the method.
