Service Bearing Performance Evaluation of Power Backbone Transmission Network under SDON Architecture

The application of SDON in backbone optical transmission network is an inevitable trend as it can meet different QoS requirements of various emerging businesses. While the adaptability of SDON and power communication service has not been thoroughly studied. Considered the service level of power communication network, the index system was established in this paper according to the operational characteristics of SDON network. The indexes were assigned with the hierarchical analysis method and the index values were nondimensionalized based on the utility function. Then the evaluation process was designed, and the service bearing performance evaluation of SDON-based power backbone transmission network was realized using the simple weighting method. The evaluation results can provide reference for the future application of SDON in power backbone transmission network.
