Modeling and Analysis of PT Symmetric MC-WPT System

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to Wireless Power transfer technology, and related research has been deepened. In order to overcome the problem that the traditional Wireless Power transfer technology reduces the transmission efficiency of the system due to the change of the distance and angle between the coils. By applying the PT symmetry characteristic to the Wireless Power transfer system, by adjusting the frequency of the inverter control signal, the compensation topology can exhibit zero phase angle characteristics, so as to achieve the PT symmetry operation mode. Based on the circuit theory, the mathematical model of the PT symmetric MC-WPT system is constructed, and the frequency characteristics and energy efficiency characteristics of the system are analyzed. Finally, a simulation circuit model is built in the software PSIM. The simulation results show that the system can maintain an output power of 400W and a transmission efficiency close to 100% within a certain range. The constructed system can maintain high and constant energy efficiency characteristics by adjusting the frequency of the external signal, and has a wide range of applications, especially for scenarios with high spatial freedom and high energy efficiency requirements.
