The condition of grounding device is directly related to the safe operation of power system. It is very important to test the characteristic parameters of grounding device scientifically and reasonably and evaluate its condition accurately. At present, the testing work of grounding device in domestic power system is weak, some key technical concepts are vague, the means are backward, and the testing instrument is not complete.
