Perfomance Evalution for the GFDM in the vehiculare channel

Since OFDM cannot meet the needs of 5G, scholars from various countries have developed many new multi-carrier transmission technologies to make up for or improve the short-comings of traditional OFDM. Generalized Frequency Division Multiplexing (GFDM) is a flexible multi-carrier transmission technology with many similarities with Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). The main difference is that the carriers are not orthogonal to each other. As a result, GFDM provides better control of out-of-frequency emissions, which reduces the peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR). The simulation evaluation symbol error rate performance for the two-by-two antennas configuration GFDM system with zero-forcing equalization and different modulation schemes in the extended vehicular A (EVA) channel model.
