Modeling of The Effective Mobility of ZnO Nanowires: Diameter and Temperature Dependence

Empirical models for representing the effective mobility in zinc oxide nanowires (ZnO NWs) are presented. Previously recorded mobility data from numerical simulations in ZnO NWs with different cross sectional areas have been used as the foundation of these models. Comparisons of the parameters used in these models are done for various values of mobility. A variety of experimental mobility data from literature is compared to show that this type of modeling can be treated as a resource for standardizing oxide NW technologies. These novel methods presented in this paper can be useful for studying numerical device simulators and analytical models for oxide NWs.
