In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to monitor the movement of metacarpophalangeal joint in hand rehabilitation training, a wearable metacarpophalangeal joint motion Angle sensor is designed and manufactured based on the principle of optical fiber macro bend loss. By analyzing the macro bending loss characteristics of the optical fiber and selecting the appropriate bending radius, the sensing silica gel module is made. Calibrate the sensor silicone module, make a hand wearable device by combining fabric gloves and wristbands to form a motion Angle sensor, and verify the calibration results.
