Broad Band Antenna for S-Band Wireless Communication

In this research paper, a Micro-strip antenna is designed for SBand communication. The U-Slot is designed in a radiator patch to give broad bandwidth. The Powel Optimization is used for appropriate designing of antenna. The U-Slot is designed in the patch and analyzed using impedance matching theory. The Slotting and Powel optimization is used to optimize the inductance and mutual inductance of the geometry. The hardware is fabricated and experimentally validated. The compactness generation techniques are discussed and a 45% reduction in size is achieved.
