Improved Power Quality SOGI Based Grid Integrated PV System under Abnormal Conditions by using Interweaved GI

Nowadays, grid integrated solar-PV system is the most significant in Distributed Power Generation scheme. The solar-PV is interfaced to grid with proper utility grid-code, voltage and power-quality standards as per IEEE-519 limitations. The available solar-PV energy is interfaced to grid through voltage-source inverters which exchanges the energy between the solar-PV and grid system. Amid of various reference current extraction schemes, the attractive interweaved generalized integrator is employed. In this work, Second-Order Generalized Integrator has been proposed for attaining enhanced power-quality features in PCC of gird with ideal power-factor. The performance of SOGI-VSC has been verified under various power-quality signatures by using MATLAB/Simulink computational tool, results are presented.
