Optimal Design for Solar Cell and Fuel Cell Renewable Source to Enhance the Power Quality in a Micro Grid System

Non-conventional sources play a vital role in power generation. Power quality is a major problem which is instigated because of nonlinear loads. In the present ANFIS-based micro grid incorporation for Power Quality Enhancement by means of hybrid renewable sources is used. PV and FC combined to grid through MPPT. Two sources employed with dc/dc convertors to the communal dc bus. ANFIS and a new controlling boost converter are employed to solve power quality problems because of non-linear loads and power factor correction is achieved. The proposed structure simulation done in MATLAB/Simulink which shows satisfactory operation.
